First Response was very professional. We just had our roof replaced and they were done in less than a week! They cleaned up every single day a they were leaving. Our roof looks amazing and we are very happy with their services! We talked to Greg while going through this process and he was incredibly patient and informative!!

This is a wonderful company and I would highly recommend them. Justin was a wonderful salesperson. He was so helpful with all our questions and was ALWAYS on time when meeting with us. The crew was outstanding and very considerate of any of my concerns. They did a wonderful job and did a great job with clean up. I give this company 5 stars.

First Response built a deck + added a white fence around the deck and existing porch. Extremely fast and professional. Entire process went very well. Mario did a great job with explaining the options, costs, and financing. Austin and his crew did a wonderful job installing the deck. Looks amazing. This was my first metal roof and the company walked me through my options with great detail and patience. It was put up in one day with no issues. No fuss, no problems. Would recommend.

Wow! Great job guys. We have an old Victorian house and was in dire need of a new roof. Its very steep and all cut up. We had many companies out to give estimates. Some companies didn't even call back. First Response came out and they did a free inspection, and gave us a estimate right on the spot. They offered us a great rate to finance the project which was perfect for our needs. We needed a lot of extra wood for the house too. These guys were awesome about checking in with us and seeing how the job was going. Greg our sales guy was always available when we called him. This experience was a bit difficult but these guys made it real easy. Thank you.

I hired First Response utilizing Justin Gilmore as my sales rep to replace my roof on my house. The roof was ageing and needed replacement. Justin was professional and quick to respond to any of my concerns. The installers did a good job. The managers who followed up and addressed all of my concerns were also great. Good local company and fairly priced. Would use them again.

First Response just finished up a pretty big project for us on Harsens Island and they did a great job. Mario was very informative in the initial meeting and provided a lot different options. We went with a metal roof on our house and detached garage, new siding and windows on the garage, Tando faux stone siding on the house chimney and front of garage, a lot of aluminum trim work and new gutters. Dave was very fair with some changes/modifications during the project. The roofing team killed it in 2 days. Special recognition to Jim Bob and his team. The Harsens Island Ferry dock collapsed while they were working, but they still found a way to bring material over and continued to work. Really above & beyond all expectations. Look forward to working with them again in the future.

Recently had a new roof and siding done. Justin and Greg were amazing. The installation crews were amazing and explained exactly what they were doing and when they'd be back to finish the installation. Anytime I had questions they were fast to respond and eager to please. My neighbors had work done over the summer and had a great experience also. Extremely professional and well managed. I loved the whole crew. If you're in the market for new roofing and siding I highly recommended working with them, you'll not be disappointed.

We had a leak in our roof and First Response showed up and worked harder than any other contractors to get the job to replace the roof. Greg and Mario met with us a couple of times over a two week period to discuss our options. They were confident that they were the best around, used the best materials, and had a solid guarantee. We went with them to put a shingled roof on the house. It took them about a month to get someone out to do the roof but that was expected. Their crew got out here on a Monday and said they'd probably be done by Wednesday. They finished up Tuesday night and asked us to sign a customer satisfaction form but we didn't because we couldn't inspect the job because it was dark out. When we inspected the job Wednesday morning, we were disappointed with a couple of corners that looked rushed. After a couple of phone calls, we got them out a few days later. One of the spots, they said was fine and it will look good once the roof heats up. The other spot had to be redone and took about an hour or so. Overall, the roof looks good and is an upgrade for us but they get docked a star for rushing the job and putting us through the inconvenience of calling and getting them back and having them show up on a Sunday morning to finish the job instead of getting it done right the first time.

Greg and Justin were great to work with. We had an immediate need that they were able take care of for us very quickly. Timing was better than expected. The crew was very nice and clean up was fantastic. The roof turned out very nice and we have had many compliments. Great communication from the entire crew including the owner.

We recently just had a metal roof put on our home . I am very satisfied with the job that was done . I would highly recommend First Response Roofing . The crew ( Greg and the Installers) were Great. The installers worked hard to get the job done in a timely matter . They even offered to help carry groceries in the house for my grandmother. Very friendly crew and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend First Response Roofing .

Had First Response Out to install windows on my home. Greg came out and was very professional with his estimate. Dan the construction manager was very through and ensured our order was correct. Bill did a great job with the install and the workmanship was top notch. I would highly recommend!

I had a metal roof installed along with windows and door walls. We had several change orders during this time. Each time the change order was presented in writing. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with our salesmen (Greg and Mario) and the separate crews for the roof and the windows were great. We had a slight leak, but the company responded quickly and took care of it. We also had a little hiccup at the end, but Dave (the owner) dealt with it and it was resolved to our satisfaction. It is too soon to tell how the roof will work for us, but so far, we are happy with it and the windows. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to 1st Response.

I looked high and low to find a company to build a detached garage. First Response jumped on the opportunity and Tod met with us right away. He went over every detail. After signing the contract, it took 12 weeks to get started. Once construction began, it was six weeks from start to finish. They all do good work. Brian was able to do most of the construction alone. Both cement and roof work were done in one day. Cleanup was also very good and prompt. Dave, the project manager, was able to get any oversights taken care of quickly. He is a good communicator. First Response got the job done and we were very happy to have it all done by a local company. They handled everything so that we didn't have to.

I had the best experience being a first time home owner and first time purchaser of a roof for my home. Out of all the quotes I received, First Response was the only company that was the most informative, organized, and prepared. The sales rep Mario was polite and respectful showing me options that worked best for my budget and home. I ordered a metal roof, gutters, and converted and old brick chimney to a pipe. From the day the job began the team was on time, professional, and kept me informed of the stages as the job progressed. I would highly recommend First Response to anyone looking for a top notch roof for their home! My husband and I had the best experience with First Response. Mario is a Great salesman. He knows his product very well. The crew that came out were very very polite and the crew leader really knew what he was doing. The crew made sure everything was protected and cleaned up afterwards. When they were done, they did a walk through with me and explained anything I had questions about. I would highly recommend First response to anyone looking for a roof

Called the company with a fast turn on a call back. Salesman came out and gave me a quote promptly. Took deposit and said someone will contact me soon on the repair. I know this was a small job so I didn't expect them to drop everything and service my roof. Took a little bit but I think they put the right guy on the job. He went above and beyond to fix this the right way! Very pleasant to deal with this company and guy that did repair. Looks good too and hopefully won't have anymore problems with this repair till I need a new roof!
